NTC Peer Network: Marketing + Tech Strategy, A LEGO Event
The NTC Presents: A LEGO "Think With Your Hands" Event
We're serious about two things: Work and Play. Here's a way to combine both...
We have a unique advantage in that we have access to some of the greatest in this city's creative class. Let's keep that momentum going.
The best way to keep that trajectory? Better teams.
It’s a simple answer, but difficult to execute. It’s proven that alignment produces better results, but often technology and marketing don’t speak the same language. A small group at the Nashville Technology Council is tackling the communication challenges between tech-oriented leaders and marketing/communication-oriented leaders head-on.
In that spirit, we invite tech and marketing teams to play together. Literally.
Using LEGO’s (Yep! We said LEGO. As in, those hard plastic cubes meant for kids- both big and small) research-based Serious Play methodology, and under the guidance of Jody Lentz, we will work toward a common language and a commitment to shared goals.
Bring a functioning project team or send individuals who will be able to bring insights back to their own firms.
About our organizer:
Jody Lentz is a Nashville native who has facilitated strategy, team communication, and innovation for both startups and Fortune 100 companies. He prefers unorthodox methods like play and art to bring groups together. He once appeared on Jeopardy.
Thank you to our friends Centresource, whose support helps us to continue to improve dialogue between creatives and technologists to build better products and improve customer experience.
