Will Pettus is a 15-year veteran of the Audio-Visual industry with a degree in Recording Production Technology from Middle Tennessee State University. He has led M3 Technology Group’s Managed Services for the last 8 years. Will’s background of commercial audio-visual technology has led him into leading the development and deployment of a software product for M3 that reimagines the way AV enabled spaces are managed and maintained.
Ricardo Anders

Ricardo Anders is a Partner and Founder of Level60 Consulting with offices in Nashville, TN, and Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Anders is responsible for managing client relationships, strategic planning and analysis and providing leadership to the Level60 team. Level60 delivers customized data-driven technology solutions for a range of companies including Fortune 500, government, civic and leading non-profit organizations in the community.
Ricardo's background includes such varied fields as econometric modeling, enterprise systems development and bio-informatics. He spent time working under Nobel Prize recipient Dr. James Watson at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory. Before founding Level60, Ricardo was President of Smith Analytics LLC, a Director at Smith Travel Research, and also served as Chief Operating Officer of RealTime Hotel Reports. He earned his bachelor's degree from the School of Engineering at Cornell University.
