Join Velocity1 and Sophos, in coordination with the Greater Nashville Technology Council, for Sophos Build or Bust: The AI Challenge—an interactive workshop designed to move beyond AI conversations and into real-world application.

This isn’t a presentation. It’s a working session. 

You’ll be placed into a team, given a surprise scenario and a “mystery basket” of data and AI tools, and challenged to build an innovative solution under pressure. Once your solution is created, the challenge continues: how do you secure it, operationalize it, and build confidence in using it in production? 

Designed for IT and security professionals, this fast-paced experience combines collaboration, creativity, and practical problem-solving while exploring the opportunities and risks of AI adoption. 

Laptop Requirement: Please bring a personal laptop to participate in the Build or Bust Challenge. Teams will use their devices during the interactive activity to develop and present their solutions.
